Oven cleaning made easy.

Eco Clean Direct takes the effort out of oven cleaning. A special coating of microfine ceramic spheres on the oven walls and roof gently breaks down grease spatters while you roast or bake. Whenever you want to clean the oven, simply wipe the oven floor and the glass door. For optimum cleaning, simply activate the regeneration cycle from time to time. This long-lasting coating saves you time and energy.



Right to the point.

Sous-vide is French for "cooking under a vacuum". With this method, meat, fish, fruit or vegetables are cooked in a vacuum bag at a relatively low and constant temperature with full steam. The ingredients are vacuum-sealed in the Bosch vacuum drawer before being steamed at the desired temperature in the Bosch oven using the Sous-vide function. This brings out the full and natural flavour of your dishes. For a crisp crust and roasted aroma, you can briefly sear meat on all sides after cooking.

Are you uncertain whether your soufflé, pizza or roast is really done? Using the Assist Function your Bosch oven will automatically switch off at programme end. It knows when the dish is ready and informs you also via a signal or the Home Connect app - just connect your oven to your registered Home Connect account.
