Located in the beachside suburb of Cronulla, Maybe Forever is a three-storey, Bahamas-inspired home that showcases organic materials and a plantation style throughout. The goal was to create that signature holiday feeling for the home, while remaining functional and robust for a busy family of six.

Maple, NSW
In the heart of Berry, a corner block was transformed into two side-by-side holiday properties showcasing contemporary-meets-classic architecture. In a nod to the quaintness and beauty of the town, a modern farmhouse aesthetic was infused into the interiors with the holiday feeling Soul Home is known for. The aim was an experience where guests feel immersed in the ambience of a deconstructed hotel, while still enjoying the cosy comforts of a private holiday home.

Nautique, NSW
JDH Capital's vision for this project was to capitalise on the attributes of the existing hotel, formerly the Vibe, converting the existing porte cochère and rooftop pool into luxury amenities for all residents. The redevelopment of Nautique into 117 apartments began in February 2022 and was completed in 2025.

Nicole brings extensive appliance industry experience across commercial sales, leadership, buying, supplier management and business development.
As Commercial Manager at Bing Lee, Nicole has led the development of the Commercial Division, working closely with builders, developers and industry partners across NSW to deliver tailored appliance solutions. Her focus is on building strong partnerships and supporting projects from initial specification and pricing through to supply and delivery.

Arvind brings more than 30 years of commercial experience across the appliance industry and commercial banking. His background includes owning and operating his own commercial electrical appliance business, along with senior experience in commercial appliance and bathroom supply.
