This combi steam oven in anthracite unlocks the full potential of steam cooking and puts a chef’s favourite tool in your very own kitchen. Bring out new flavours by using steam in combination with hot air or cook truly healthy food using steam alone. We have prepared 160 automatic programs that will help you achieve perfect cooking results every time. The oven is fitted with a 6.1 inch TFT colour display and endless cooking opportunities.
Pure Steam System
ASKO combi steam ovens use the Pure Steam System to separate condensed water from steam. The water is then re-circulated into the steaming process ensuring proper steaming of the food.
CAPACITY FOR LARGE MEALS
ASKO ovens allow you to cook more at one time. With four cooking levels, your product will give you the space to cook multiple dishes simultaneously with ease.
HEATS UP FASTER
Forget about waiting ages for the oven to reach your desired temperature. With rapid pre-heating, your ASKO model can reach 180°C quicker than you'd think. A sound and light signal will indicate when the temperature you require has been reached.
TEMPERATURE PROBE
This oven is fitted with a temperature probe – a special sensor that indicates the temperature of your food so you can have a Sunday roast cooked to perfection. The programmable thermometer is inserted into the meat, fish or bread at a pre-set temperature. The oven automatically switches off when the wanted temperature is reached.
STEAM CLEAN
The Steam clean function makes oven cleaning easy. By regularly spraying the oven with water, creating steam, the residues becomes easy to clean out.
