Why Buy?
Serious extraction for outdoor kitchens and alfresco cooking
The Sirius Classic Alfresco rangehood spans 1200mm in a black canopy, built to sit over a BBQ or high-output cooktop and pull smoke, steam and heat away from the table rather than letting it drift over your guests. Hand-crafted in Italy, it houses twin onboard Green Energy motors sized for open-air cooking, where extraction has to work harder against wind and ambient heat.
Twin motors give strong airflow without the drone of a single oversized fan, so conversation continues while the hood does its job. 25mm baffle filters trap grease rather than clogging, deep canopy coverage reaches across the full cooking zone including wide BBQ grills, and bright LED lighting keeps the surface visible once the sun goes down. A 10-minute run-on timer keeps clearing the air after the cooktop is switched off, and simple button controls make it easy to adjust mid-service.
At 1200mm wide by 700mm deep, the canopy is sized to sit above genuinely large outdoor cooking setups, and the black finish reads as a deliberate design choice against dark cabinetry, stone benchtops or exposed brick. Rated for gas, induction and BBQ use, it is built to work through entertaining season after season rather than one summer.
Buy this if…
- You are fitting out an alfresco kitchen with a wide BBQ or high-output cooktop
- You need twin-motor extraction capacity for open-air cooking conditions
- You want a black canopy that reads as a design feature, not a bolt-on
- You entertain outdoors and want quiet motor operation over loud fan noise
- You value a hand-crafted rangehood over a mass-stamped equivalent
