Product Overview
Asko T308HCWAU | 8kg Logic Butterfly Heat Pump Dryer
Built for enhanced performance, the Logic 8kg Heat Pump Dryer delivers efficient, gentle drying designed to simplify your everyday laundry routine. Butterfly Drying™ technology dries clothes evenly and helps reduce tangling and wear, with quick drying of up to 4 kg in just 41 minutes. A three-layer multi-filter system protects the system from lint to ensure consistent performance, and ConnectLife app integration allows you to monitor and control your dryer remotely.
Bundle Guard™
If Bundling occurs inside your ASKO tumble dryer, the Bundle Guard™ detects it and changes the direction of the drum for 30 seconds before returning to the normal direction. By reducing or resolving bundling, drying time is reduced, as well as wear and tear on fabrics and energy consumption.
Fast drying
Our tumble dryers feature fast drying programs that quickly and carefully dry clothes without wasting time or energy. A load of up to 4 kg can be dried in just 45 minutes (depending on the model). ASKO tumble dryers are the perfect solution for a busy schedule.
Multi-filter system
Lint is a tumble dryer's worst enemy, leading to longer drying times and eventual failure. ASKO's Multi Filter System combats this with three filters: a mesh filter in the air duct, and a combination filter with fine-mesh and thick foam. This system ensures consistent performance and benefits allergy sufferers and asthmatics.
Butterfly drying™
Butterfly Drying™ is a unique solution for ASKO tumble dryers. The large paddles inside the drum tumble the clothes in a pattern similar to a horizontal figure eight, preventing the clothes from bunching up. This ensures that your clothes are dried evenly, reducing the risk of damage and wear. In addition, Butterfly Drying™ reduces the need to reverse the rotation of the drum, which in turn reduces wear and tear on the motor and drive belt and prevents your clothes from becoming wrinkled.
Connectivity
The ConnectLife app gives you smart, real-time control of your laundry appliances. It enables quick Bluetooth pairing, remote and voice control, customizable and exclusive programs, and automatic firmware updates. Users get push notifications for program completion, alarms, and maintenance, plus direct access to manuals and troubleshooting. Enjoy features like auto-dose settings, personalized program management and guided tips — all designed to make laundry smarter, more efficient, and convenient.

Why Buy?
Even, gentle drying for an 8kg family load
The ASKO 8kg Logic heat pump dryer uses Butterfly Drying technology, tumbling clothes through large internal paddles in a horizontal figure-eight pattern rather than the usual single-direction spin. Fabrics move without bunching, and a 4kg load dries in around 41 minutes — useful when this asko 8kg dryer needs to keep pace with a busy household.
Bundle Guard monitors the drum and reverses direction for 30 seconds whenever clothing tangles, cutting drying time and easing strain on the motor and drive belt. A three-layer multi-filter system, combining mesh and foam stages, catches lint before it reaches the heat pump, keeping airflow consistent load after load and reducing the maintenance issues that shorten a dryer's working life. The 9-star energy rating reflects genuine efficiency gains from this mechanical approach, not just the heat pump format alone.
Finished in white with an LCD display, this asko tumble dryer suits laundries where venting isn't practical, since heat pump operation recycles air internally. ConnectLife app connectivity lets you check progress and receive completion alerts from another room, fitting the dryer into a household routine rather than demanding attention around it.
Buy this if…
- You need genuine 8kg capacity without a vented installation
- You want fabric care that reduces wrinkling and wear over time
- You prefer app notifications over checking on cycles in person
- You're replacing a dryer prone to lint-related performance issues
- You value a 9-star energy rating for ongoing running costs
