The ASKO Fusion Volcano™ Wok Burner is the most effective wok burner available for home use – allowing you to cook faster and with more control. The burner is also versatile with three different flames: An outer ring for frying, an inner ring for simmering and the powerful, concentrated wok flame that delivers true wok performance and is perfect for stir-frying, searing, and deep-frying.

Celsius°Cooking™ induction technology

The ASKO induction and gas combination hob comes with our unique Celsius°Cooking™ induction system that includes the Celsius°Cooking™ Probe as standard, while the smart cookware accessories Celsius°Cooking™ Chef’s Pot and Celsius°Cooking™ Frying Pan are available separately. The Celsius°Cooking™ accessories accurately measure the temperature, while the hob automatically regulates the temperature by communicating with the pan, pot and probe via Bluetooth.
