With the ability to withstand extremely high temperatures, the premium SCHOTT CERAN® glass ceramic surface is highly resistant to impact and wear.

POWERFUL ULTRA-RAPID WOK BURNER

Ultra-powerful brass burner with an output of 21.6 MJ/h is ideal for foods that require cooking over a high heat or for an especially fast preparation. The large, versatile burner suits woks, large pots, saucepans and griddles. Whether it’s used for easy stir fry meals or controllable low simmers, it can add a whole new repertoire to your cooking.

FLAME FAILURE DEVICE

Safety fitted to all burners, the flame failure device ensures that, should a flame be accidently extinguished, the gas supply to the specific burner is stopped. The burner can only then be reignited by following the normal ignition procedure.

CAST IRON PAN STANDS

The solid cast iron pan stands cover the burner, creating a harmonious and ergonomic surface onto which pots can be placed and moved safely and securely. In addition to providing a highly professional look, these ensure excellent performance, which remains unaffected over time.
