Product Overview

MIELE 90cm 4 PowerFlex Induction Cooktop, KM7575-2FL

Induction cooktop with onset controls with 4 PowerFlex cooking areas for maximum power output

  • • Shortest heating-up times – TwinBooster
  • • A width of for surface-mounted or flush-fit installation
  • • Intuitive and quick selection via number sequences – Smart Select
  • • 5 cooking zones incl. 4 PowerFlex areas and 28 cm cooking zone
  • • Communication with the rangehood – automatic Con@ctivity function
    • For greater safety and security

Best protection in every situation: the system lock provides reliable protection against accidental or unauthorised switching on. If a cooking zone has been operating at the same power level for an unusually long time or there is no pan on the cooktop, it will switch off automatically. The residual heat indicator is another useful feature: it reminds you not to touch the cooking zones when they are still hot.

      Booster function for rapid heating

For especially rapid heating: with Miele’s exclusive TwinBooster function, you can concentrate the power of 2 cooking zones into a single cooking zone if required. Or you can distribute the induction power individually for even more flexible cooking.

      Combination with SmartLine

Unique kitchen design: thanks to their uniform depths, our Miele cooktops seamlessly integrate with the elegant Miele SmartLine elements. Diverse combination options mean that you have a kitchen design that perfectly complements your personal taste. The 60 cm Miele induction cooktops can also be easily combined with the Miele CSDA 7000 downdraft extractor – this is where intelligent technology meets sophisticated design.

      Ideal for large pans

Our PowerFlex cooking zones offer the perfect solution for any situation: from individual items of cookware to particularly large pans – they can accommodate anything. At the same time, they offer substantial time savings: the booster output of up to 7.3 kW provides unbeatably fast heating.

      Added convenience

Added convenience when cooking: with the Stop & Go function all cooking zones can be reduced to power level 1 at the press of a button, allowing you to leave the cooktop unattended for a short time. The Keeping warm function keeps food at serving temperature. As an extra benefit, you can set the timer so the cooking zone switches off automatically when the time has elapsed. The Recall function ensures that your settings are saved for 10 seconds.

Set down your pan and get cooking

All you have to do is switch on the cooktop – if there is already a pan on a cooking zone, the corresponding control element will be activated automatically. So there is no need to switch on the individual cooking zones manually. The size of the pan is also detected automatically to ensure particularly efficient energy usage.

      Smart control

Concentrate fully on cooking: with Con@ctivity, your rangehood always knows exactly what to do. As soon as the cooktop is switched on or off, the rangehood responds automatically. The extraction power is automatically adjusted to what is happening on the cooktop, ensuring a pleasant room climate at all times. The appliances communicate with each other via WiFi. Con@ctivity allows you to integrate the rangehood and cooktop into Miele@home.

      Easy operation with SmartSelect

With SmartSelect, you can set power levels and times quickly and easily. Each cooking zone has a numerical display with yellow backlighting which can be read easily from any angle. SmartSelect makes it easier to set the 3-digit timer, as the minute minder and Auto switch-off can be selected separately.

Why Buy?

Two-zone induction performance with PowerFlex precision

The two PowerFlex cooking zones adapt seamlessly from single pans to large cookware configurations, delivering up to 7.3 kW booster power for rapid heating across the generous 94cm surface. Miele's TwinBooster technology concentrates both zones' power into one when maximum intensity is required.

Smart Select numerical controls eliminate guesswork, while Con@ctivity WiFi coordination automatically adjusts compatible rangehoods to match cooking intensity. The ceramic glass surface heats only induction-compatible cookware, leaving surrounding areas cool for immediate cleanup and safer kitchen workflow.

At 94cm width with just 51mm profile depth, this induction hob provides substantial cooking space while enabling flush-mount installation for seamless benchtop integration. System lock prevents accidental activation, automatic pan detection optimises energy efficiency, and Stop & Go function instantly reduces both zones to warming level when you need to step away from active cooking.

Buy this if…

  • You want PowerFlex zones that accommodate both standard pans and large cookware
  • You need WiFi connectivity for smart home integration and rangehood coordination
  • You prefer flush-mount installation for continuous kitchen design lines
  • You value TwinBooster power concentration for rapid boiling and searing
  • You want Miele build quality with Smart Select precision controls

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this induction cooktop require special electrical wiring?

Yes, this induction cooktop typically requires a dedicated 230V electrical circuit for proper operation. It comes with a mains cable and can be installed as either a surface-mount or flush-fit unit into your benchtop.

What does the Wi-Fi connectivity do on this cooktop?

The Wi-Fi connectivity on this cooktop enables Con@ctivity, which automatically controls a compatible Miele rangehood based on your cooking activity. This means the rangehood's fan speed and lighting adjust without you needing to touch the controls.

How do the PowerFlex cooking zones work?

The two PowerFlex cooking zones on this Miele cooktop allow you to combine them to create a larger cooking area, ideal for oversized pots, pans, or a griddle plate. They feature a 7.3kW TwinBooster function for rapid heating, perfect for quickly boiling water or searing food.

What safety features are included with this induction cooktop?

This induction cooktop includes several important safety features, such as a child lock to prevent accidental operation and an auto shut-off function if a zone is left on too long. Residual heat indicators also clearly show which zones are still hot after cooking.

How do I clean the ceramic glass surface of this cooktop?

Cleaning the ceramic glass surface of this induction cooktop is generally straightforward because spills don't burn onto the cool surface, unlike traditional electric cooktops. Wiping it down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent after it has cooled usually suffices, and specialized ceramic hob cleaners can tackle tougher marks.
