For greater safety and security
Best protection in every situation: the system lock provides reliable protection against accidental or unauthorised switching on. If a cooking zone has been operating at the same power level for an unusually long time or there is no pan on the cooktop, it will switch off automatically. The residual heat indicator is another useful feature: it reminds you not to touch the cooking zones when they are still hot.
Booster function for rapid heating
For especially rapid heating: with Miele’s exclusive TwinBooster function, you can concentrate the power of 2 cooking zones into a single cooking zone if required. Or you can distribute the induction power individually for even more flexible cooking.
Ideal for large pans
Our PowerFlex cooking zones offer the perfect solution for any situation: from individual items of cookware to particularly large pans – they can accommodate anything. At the same time, they offer substantial time savings: the booster output of up to 7.3 kW provides unbeatably fast heating.
Smart control
Concentrate fully on cooking: with Con@ctivity, your rangehood always knows exactly what to do. As soon as the cooktop is switched on or off, the rangehood responds automatically. The extraction power is automatically adjusted to what is happening on the cooktop, ensuring a pleasant room climate at all times. The appliances communicate with each other via WiFi. Con@ctivity allows you to integrate the rangehood and cooktop into Miele@home.
Easy operation with SmartSelect
With SmartSelect, you can set power levels and times quickly and easily. Each cooking zone has a numerical display with yellow backlighting which can be read easily from any angle. SmartSelect makes it easier to set the 3-digit timer, as the minute minder and Auto switch-off can be selected separately.

Why Buy?
PowerFlex cooking flexibility for considered kitchens
This 80cm induction cooktop pairs four cooking zones with one PowerFlex area that reads the base of your cookware, adapting output whether you set down a small saucepan or a full-length griddle. For anyone comparing an induction cooktop against gas, the appeal is immediate: power arrives the instant you turn the dial, and heat stops the moment you lift the pan.
TwinBooster lets you combine two zones into one for up to 7.3kW of concentrated output, cutting the wait when you need to bring a stockpot to the boil fast. SmartSelect controls use yellow-backlit numerical displays that stay legible from across the kitchen, while the ceramic glass surface wipes clean without scrubbing. Con@ctivity connects the cooktop to a compatible Miele rangehood over Wi-Fi, adjusting extraction automatically as cooking intensity changes, so you are not reaching for a separate control mid-recipe.
At 800mm wide with a 52mm profile, it installs flush or surface-mounted into a handleless run of cabinetry, and the system lock and residual heat indicators add a layer of reassurance in a busy household. A mains cable is included, so installation is straightforward once your electrician is booked.
Buy this if…
- You want an induction stove that adapts to irregular or oversized cookware
- You are moving from gas and want instant, precise heat control
- You cook large batches and need rapid boost output on demand
- Your kitchen design calls for a flush-fit 80cm cooktop with minimal visual clutter
- You already run, or plan to run, a Con@ctivity-compatible rangehood
