FALCON PROP90FXEISLCH | PROFESSIONAL+ 90CM FX INDUCTION RANGE COOKER Slate/chrome

Falcon’s Professional+ 90cm induction range cooker features three cooking cavities – a separate electric glide-out grill and two fan forced electric ovens. Plus 5 induction zones including residual heat indicators and pan detectors. With multiple cooking zones it is easy to prepare different meals at the same time at their required temperatures. No need to juggle for space or average out temperatures, when dishes can be cooked in their own space. Talk about flexibility!

OVEN LIGHT

Oven lights make it easy to view the what’s cooking, without opening the oven door. All Falcon 110cm and 100cm falcon cookers with double ovens feature two oven lights. 90cm double oven cookers feature one light (in the oven with the porthole). 90cm single oven cookers feature two oven lights.

SLOW COOK

All Falcon upright cookers offer the ability to slow cook. Temperatures can be set as low as 80°C which is great to slow cook casseroles and large joints of meat as well as to dry foods such as apples, pears and kiwi fruit. Falcon have a delicious slow cooked spiced lamb shoulder recipe which takes approximately 6 hours on 130°C. Slow cooking allows meats to cook more evenly (inside and out). It is imperative to use a temperature probe to check the internal temperature when cooking is nearing completion (desired internal temperature will depend on the meat) to ensure the meat is cooked sufficiently.

INDUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Induction is fast, responsive and incredibly controllable; boiling water and changing heat levels can be instantaneous. This cooking method is much faster than gas or ceramic and is by far the most efficient. Using a magnetic field to generate heat, only the pan is heated, not the hob surface, so spillages won’t burn onto its surface during use, making cleaning exceptionally easy. Only after exceptionally long cooking periods will the hob become too hot to touch, which is when the Falcon residual heat indicator provides a visual safety warning.

CATALYTIC OVEN LINERS

Catalytic self cleaning oven liners (the grey with white flecked liners pictured inside the oven on the wall) assist with the cleaning of the oven. When temperatures exceed 200°C, the catalytic self cleaning liners burn off fats and food deposits. Minimal residue can then be wiped with a lint free cloth and soapy water when necessary. Catalytic liners are on the sides of selected Falcon range cookers in the left hand oven.

Child Lock Hob

To prevent the unwanted use by children, the hob can be locked. To lock the hob, simultaneously turn the two left-hand controls counter-clockwise and hold until the ‘key lock’ symbol appears in the centre of the hob control display. Locking the hob will NOT affect the oven; it can still be used. To unlock the hob, simultaneously turn the two left-hand controls counter-clockwise and hold until the ‘key lock’ symbol disappears from the centre of the hob control display.

Why Buy?

Triple-cavity induction cooking for ambitious home chefs

The Professional FX delivers three independent cooking cavities — two fan-forced ovens plus a dedicated electric grill — alongside five induction zones with pan detection technology. This configuration means roasting, baking and grilling happen simultaneously without temperature compromise.

Induction technology generates instant, precise heat through magnetic fields that target only your cookware, leaving the slate surface cool to touch. Residual heat indicators provide safety confirmation while catalytic liners in the left oven self-clean at temperatures above 200°C, burning off fats and food deposits automatically. The slow-cook capability extends down to 80°C for six-hour lamb shoulders or fruit dehydration.

Chrome handles and slate finish complement contemporary kitchen schemes without demanding built-in installation. Child lock functionality secures the hob while leaving ovens accessible, and multiple oven lights eliminate guesswork during longer cooking sessions. The 90cm footprint suits standard kitchen configurations while delivering restaurant-level cooking flexibility.

Buy this if…

  • You regularly cook multiple courses requiring different temperatures simultaneously
  • You want induction speed and precision with freestanding flexibility
  • You prefer self-cleaning oven technology over manual scrubbing
  • Your kitchen design calls for slate and chrome rather than built-in integration
  • You slow-cook casseroles or dry fruits and need precise low-temperature control
