FALCON PROP90FXEISSCH | PROFESSIONAL+ 90CM FX INDUCTION RANGE COOKER Stainless Steel/chrome

Falcon’s Professional+ 90cm induction range cooker features three cooking cavities – a separate electric glide-out grill and two fan forced electric ovens. Plus 5 induction zones including residual heat indicators and pan detectors. With multiple cooking zones it is easy to prepare different meals at the same time at their required temperatures. No need to juggle for space or average out temperatures, when dishes can be cooked in their own space. Talk about flexibility!

OVEN LIGHT

Oven lights make it easy to view the what’s cooking, without opening the oven door. All Falcon 110cm and 100cm falcon cookers with double ovens feature two oven lights. 90cm double oven cookers feature one light (in the oven with the porthole). 90cm single oven cookers feature two oven lights.

SLOW COOK

All Falcon upright cookers offer the ability to slow cook. Temperatures can be set as low as 80°C which is great to slow cook casseroles and large joints of meat as well as to dry foods such as apples, pears and kiwi fruit. Falcon have a delicious slow cooked spiced lamb shoulder recipe which takes approximately 6 hours on 130°C. Slow cooking allows meats to cook more evenly (inside and out). It is imperative to use a temperature probe to check the internal temperature when cooking is nearing completion (desired internal temperature will depend on the meat) to ensure the meat is cooked sufficiently.

INDUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Induction is fast, responsive and incredibly controllable; boiling water and changing heat levels can be instantaneous. This cooking method is much faster than gas or ceramic and is by far the most efficient. Using a magnetic field to generate heat, only the pan is heated, not the hob surface, so spillages won’t burn onto its surface during use, making cleaning exceptionally easy. Only after exceptionally long cooking periods will the hob become too hot to touch, which is when the Falcon residual heat indicator provides a visual safety warning.

CATALYTIC OVEN LINERS

Catalytic self cleaning oven liners (the grey with white flecked liners pictured inside the oven on the wall) assist with the cleaning of the oven. When temperatures exceed 200°C, the catalytic self cleaning liners burn off fats and food deposits. Minimal residue can then be wiped with a lint free cloth and soapy water when necessary. Catalytic liners are on the sides of selected Falcon range cookers in the left hand oven.

Child Lock Hob

To prevent the unwanted use by children, the hob can be locked. To lock the hob, simultaneously turn the two left-hand controls counter-clockwise and hold until the ‘key lock’ symbol appears in the centre of the hob control display. Locking the hob will NOT affect the oven; it can still be used. To unlock the hob, simultaneously turn the two left-hand controls counter-clockwise and hold until the ‘key lock’ symbol disappears from the centre of the hob control display.

Why Buy?

Professional induction cooking with triple-cavity flexibility

Falcon's 90cm induction range delivers instant heat response through five induction zones with pan detection technology, transforming how you cook with magnetic field precision that heats cookware directly while keeping surfaces cool to touch.

Three separate cooking cavities — two fan-forced electric ovens plus a dedicated glide-out grill — let you roast, bake and grill simultaneously at different temperatures. Catalytic self-cleaning liners in the left oven burn off grease above 200°C, while slow-cook capability down to 80°C handles long braises and dehydrating. The child lock system secures the hob without affecting oven operation.

The 90cm width provides substantial cooking real estate without overwhelming smaller kitchens, while stainless steel construction with chrome detailing delivers commercial-grade durability in a design that complements both contemporary and classic kitchen schemes. Residual heat indicators and multiple oven lights ensure safe, confident cooking during extended meal preparation.
